  • What is NFC technology and how can I use it?

  • Are NFC tags compatible with my phone?

Most of the tags we sell in our store are compatible with all Android and Windows smartphones that have NFC.

In the case of the iPhone, it is now possible to read NFC tags with the iPhone 7, iPhone 8 and iPhone X (these models require an app in order to read NFC tags), and also with the iPhone XS / XS Max, iPhone XR and iPhone 11 / 11 Pro / 11 Pro Max (these models can read NFC tags without an app).

Please note that the Mifare Classic 1K chip does not work with all smartphones, and that Windows smartphones require Mifare Ultralight chip tags to be pre-formatted before being programmed by the mobile phone.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by Paypal, bank transfer or credit card, and we also support iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT and Giropay.

  • Where do you ship your products to?

We currently aim to ship our products to most countries in Europe.

  • How long does my order take to arrive?

We offer shipping through CTT Expresso (mandatory if the order is over 2Kgs) or through CTT Registered Mail. Estimated delivery times are shown on the checkout page.

Please note that the tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours until they are active on the CTT website.

  • How can I program the tags I bought?

To program products with NFC tags (including cards, key rings, etc.), you only need an NFC smartphone and an appropriate application for that purpose (we recommend the NXP NFC TagWriter app for Android, whose free download can be done on GOOGLE PLAY).

Alternatively, to program tags and cards and develop professional designs with this technology, you can also use an NFC reader like the ones we have available here in our store.
